Kim Sands is a founder member and director of the Appaloosa Horse Club UK, which was set up in February 2000. For 7 years she was the club's newsletter editor; and is now marketing director. Kim and her family have been breeding Appaloosas in a small stud in Kent for the past 15 years. Stephanie Woollon has a BSc Hons in equine science and works in PR and marketing specializing in equestrian disciplines. She has been involved in breeding and working with Appaloosas for 10 years and competes in affiliated dressage with an Appaloosa gelding.
